DRAFT Solicitation - Army Prepositioned Stocks - 5 (Kuwait)

The U.S. Army Sustainment Command has a requirement for Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS) - 5 Kuwait for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support.

This is a DRAFT RFP and supporting documentation for the APS-5 requirement. Please note that the terms and conditions that will be contained in the final official RFP will prevail over any terms and conditions in this DRAFT RFP or in any Government responses to question on these DRAFT documents. All questions on the DRAFT RFP, Performance Work Statement (PWS), attachments and exhibits for the APS-5 requirement should be submitted using the Microsoft Excel template provided as Attachment 0018 to danielle.m.gainey2.civ@army.mil and erik.j.cewe.civ@army.mil. SUBJECT: APS-5 W52P1J-21-R-0051 DRAFT RFP Questions. Questions should be submitted in the format provided in Attachment 0018 Question & Answer (Q&A) Template. Questions are due by 1500 CST 19 April 2022. For each row, the Offeror must provide: Point of Contact (POC) Name; Offeror Name; Reference RFP document; paragraph number; page number; and applicable question. The Offeror shall submit a new Attachment 0018 with each submission of questions. The Government will not answer any questions or comments that are not in compliance with this format.
