Description

FEMA Region V has a requirement for court reporting and transcription services for certain arbitraion and appeals cases before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.  Proceedings will be by Zoom.  The contractor or contractors chosen must be able to attend all Zoom procedures and provide a .pdf transcript by email within a specified number of days.   

This is a total Local Area Set-Aside under the Stafford Act.  Respondents must be physically located with the designated counties for Federal disaste declaration DR-4424-OH.  The designated counties are:

Potential vendors will be required to complete a certification attesting that the business is physically located in the disaster area.  Merely working in the disaster area while the main location is in a different county or state is not sufficient.
