Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested
and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720
Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.50 million.

Except as noted under Government-furnished Property, the Contractor shall provide all
management, tools, equipment, labor, supplies, incidentals, permits and license necessary to
ensure custodial services are performed at the Methow Valley Ranger District Administrative
Office in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat
and professional appearance.
