Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for smartphones mobile devices.  The attached documents set forth the specifications, terms, and conditions.

Requirements to submit a fully acceptable quotation

  • Deadline for submission - quotations are due by 16:00 PM on February 8, 2023 (local time).  Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Submission - quotations must be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov
  • Subject line of the e-mail - must include the RFQ number and company name.
  • Attachments - all documents attached to the e-mail must be either Microsoft Word or PDF.  

Note: We will not accept offers that include links, unsolicited offers, or hard copies.

  • SF-1449 – this form must be completed as per instructions in the solicitation
  • Required sections of the solicitationall of the information requested must be included:

Offerors are required to submit all questions in writing to AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov by January 23, 2023 at 02:00 PM local time.  The questions and the Government's answers will be publicly available on the Embassy website.

Contract award

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The U.S. Embassy is prohibited from procuring goods or services from any firms that are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  SAM is an integrated procurement database and serves as a single point of entry for vendors seeking to do business with the U.S. Government.

If your company is selected to be awarded the contract, you must complete the attached NDAA.
