Description

The purpose of this ammendment is to clarifiy the small business goals as it relates to the following question: 

Industry Question: In the small business tool provided in the Government’s response to questions for Solicitation No. 91990022R0045, “Evaluating Programs and Strategies to Improve Postsecondary Education Access and Success,” the small business goal is 31%. However, in the Government response table responding to the question about Small Business Subcontracting Goals for the Department of Education provided in the document “Industry Questions_Department Responses,” the percentage for subcontractors is listed as 37%. Would the Government please confirm which percentage is correct?

Government Response: The Department confirms that the goal is 37%. The spreadsheet has been revised to reflect this percentage and reattached to the solicitation. 

The question period is closed and no additional questions will be answered at this time.
