Description

FAR 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement c This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, located in Pollock, Louisiana intends to make a single award of firm-fixed price type contract to a responsible entity for the provision under this request for quote (RFQ) 15B51923Q00000010 for Air Charter.  This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for total small business entities under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS), 481111, with a size standard of Total Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 1500 employees.  Quotes will be considered from only those meeting these standards and shall contain all cost associated with charter flight.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07(c).

           

DESCRIPTION / SCHEDULE:

Air Charter Service for April 6, 2023.  Transport 3 BOP staff and 1 BOP inmate from Alexandria International Airport, Alexandria, LA to West Memphis Municipal Airport AVM, where 1 additional inmate will board aircraft.  Then to Roxboro Airport, Red Mountain KTDF and return to Alexandria, International Airport with 3 staff.  Charter shall arrive at Roxboro Airport/Red Mountain KTDF prior to 2:00 pm, EST.  Charter can have stairs to enter and exit aircraft.  Requires no medical equipment.  Charter shall only include, staff, inmate and necessary charter staff. 

CONTRACT PRICING:

Contract pricing must include all cost associated with service.

OTHER CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The resultant contracts will be a firm fixed price type contracts.  It is anticipated that contract awards resulting from this solicitation will be made approximately April 5, 2023, by 1:00 pm CST.

The Government will make award to the responsible offerors whose offer conforms to this solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
