Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 8 August 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.

The reference number is N0018924Q0519. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 334515. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20230525. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing supplies as detailed below. Quoters must quote only the Brand Name and part number provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. Refurbished products shall not be accepted. If you are not able to deliver the line item as requested, DO NOT QUOTE. Quotes are required to submit a National Instruments authorized reseller letter.

Quotes shall be submitted to Claudette Jones at Claudette.j.jones.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00AM EST August 12th, 2024. Quote submissions received after the stated submission deadline may not be considered for award.
