Description:  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the number is RFQ #DJF-23-1800-PR-0001899. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities website (SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310.

This is set aside 100% for small business.

Requested Product:  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests open market pricing for the products listed in the attached RFQ. Specifications are listed in the attached Brand Name Justification. Quote submissions shall meet all specifications listed with no substitutions; any submissions deviating from the specifications listed for this requirement may be considered "unresponsive".

Shipping/Delivery Requirement:  All deliveries under this order shall be on-site/FOB destination to Quantico, VA.

Terms and Conditions:  Provided within the attached RFQ.

Submission of Questions:   Quotes and all supporting documentation shall be submitted via email only, to the attention of Jill Valentine, at javalentine@fbi.gov no later than Friday, March 10, 2023 at 5:00pm EST. Questions sent via any other means (i.e. telephone) will not be considered. Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after submission. Once this RFQ has closed, updates regarding this requirement will be provided as soon as possible. All interested parties will be notified of the outcome of this solicitation at the same time. No information regarding award status will be released prior to an official notification being sent; any individual requesting updates may not receive a response.

SAM.gov Requirement:  Please ensure your company is registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Effective July 29, 2012, all vendors must be registered on www.SAM.gov (SAM) to be considered eligible to receive government contracts. The FBI is utilizing a financial system that has a direct interface with the SAM. If any current FBI vendor data conflicts with SAM data, the information contained in SAM may override our current information. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes: TIN, EFT, UEI, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.

Evaulation Factors:  Award will be made to the lowest price/technically acceptable offeror.
