This contract action is for a single award, five-year Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) contract. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets:

The Gearbox Assembly, AI is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) 1-615-301, Revision Date: 04/30/2014, No Change #, has been identified for this requirement. Currently the only known approved sources for the overhaul of the Gearbox Assembly, AI are: Timken Aerospace Drive Systems, LLC (CAGE Code: 15152) 586 Hilliard St., Manchester, CT 06042-2879, Airtronics, Inc. (CAGE Code: 58078) 1822 S Research Loop, Tucson, AZ 85710-6711, Triumph Accessory Services-Grand Prairie, Inc. (CAGE Code: 5KM29) 1038 Santerre Dr., Grand Prairie, TX 75050-1937, and The Boeing Company (CAGE Code: 8V613) 5000 E McDowell Rd., Mesa, AZ 85215-9707. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the M&O SAR Guidance.
