Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure support services for the Army Chaplaincy Corps’ Professional Development Objectives, Chaplaincy Integration Lab (CIL) for the US Army Religious Leadershp Graduate School on Fort Jackson, SC. Services include providing the Army three services/products that will further the Army’s existing professionalization objectives. These products will also be adaptable to future evolutions in professionalization objectives and include the following:  1) A succinct (25-30 pages) report comparing and contrasting the learning objectives of chaplaincy programs at theological schools with the Army’s level of professionalism; 2) Partnering with the Army Chaplaincy Corps to host two invited webinars:  one for the faculty and deans of theological schools and a second for students in training for chaplaincy; and 3) a series of educational modules, including courses for theological schools and for the continuing education of existing Army chaplains

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W9124C-22-R-0027 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13.

It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 29 September 2022 – completion of phase 3. Performance will be completed in phases 1, 2, and 3 for each deliverable task identified in the performance work statement.  It is anticipated that the contractor will complete three tasks, for a duration of twelve months from the time a contract is signed.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611710, Education Support Services with a size standard of $21M. The government anticipates this procurement will be procured as a total set-aside for small business.

The Government originally anticipated this RFP would be available electronically at SAM.GOV on or about 09 September 2022. However, this reqirement is under additional review and may not be solicited until next fiscal year. A copy of the draft performance work statement is still attached to this notice for your review. Proposal due date will be updated upon further information/notification related to this requirement.
