Description

The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the best value to the government.

 

561920 - Convention and Trade Show Organizers

This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 561920- Convention and Trade Show Organizers – Electrical Contractors and other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a Size Standard of $12.010 Million.

Please see Statement of Work/Requirement/Schedule for details. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote:

  1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number;
  2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and UEI SAM Number of the Offeror;
  3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;
  4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any.
  5. A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3.   
  6. Address the ability of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work/Schedule/Requirement.

All questions must be submitted in writing to Dennis.Jollife@uspto.gov and Emalee.Gawrelski@uspto.gov   by 8:00 A.M. Eastern on June 13, 2022. Telephonic requests will not be honored.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 8:00 A.M. Eastern on June 17, 2022; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made on a best value basis.  Offers must be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Dennis Jolliffe at Dennis.Jolliffe@uspto.gov and Contracting Officer Emalee.Gawrelski@uspto.gov. 

The anticipated award date is on or about July 15, 2022.

All interested parties wishing to submit a quote must be registered in the SAM database at the time of submission to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.

The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
