Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S8E-24-Q-A015, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Corrosion Control of AGE Equipment. A contract will be awarded without discussions as a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice effective August 15, 2024. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions by visiting https://www.acquisition.gov/. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov.

This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332813; Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), items, quantities, and units of measure:

CLIN 1001 - option period of twelve (12) months

Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all supervision, management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor/manpower to provide corrosion control on AGE in accordance with the attached PWS.
