Base period plus 4 option year contract order to obtain urine collection kits for the performance of chlamydia trachomatis and neisseria gonococcus testing (CT/NG). The ability to accommodate CT/GC supports providers within the Kenner Army Health Care catchment and enables the Preventive Medicine department to survey the spread of communicable disease and intervene when necessary.
