Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for landscape restoration/replanting for the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary’s Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Complex in Key West, FL.
Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 561730 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM.
Site visit
A site visit is strongly encouraged. Quoters are strongly encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the performance of the contract, to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract.
Two group site visits are scheduled: Friday, July 19, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and Monday, July 22, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Please ensure you contact Jacqueline Laverdure at jacqueline.laverdure@noaa.gov or (305) 767-3161 a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the site visit you would like to attend so she knows to expect you.
