FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This is not a solicitation. This is synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation will be issued on or about 5 August 2022
CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Brock Gully Construction, Santa Rosa County, FL.
Total Small Business set-aside.
Place of Performance: Santa Rosa County, FL
The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $39.5 million. A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2022. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
PROJECT INFORMATION: The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
This project consists of the construction of articulating concrete block (ACB) lined waterways, grassed waterways, ACB checkdams, earthen diversions, corrugated metal pipe risers and underground outlets, along with excavation and earthfill to stabilize an actively eroding gully. Additional measures will be the construction of an access road and protecting the disturbed areas with vegetation.
The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation 12FPC3B0016 is on or about 5 August 2022. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.
