Market research was conducted and determined that EXACT SCIENCES CORPORATION is the only vendor capable of meeting the requirement at the following facilities within VISN 2. Albany VAMC (113 Holland Avenue Albany, NY 12208) Buffalo VAMC (3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo NY 14215) This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted.          No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.          The government MAY consider all Expressions of Interest (EOI) received prior to 10:00 AM ET on December 15, 2023.
