Description

Shredding services at the VAMC Memphis, TN SDVOSB set-aside NAICS code: 561990 and size standard is $16.5M. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and verified in www.sam.gov. Project requirements: This requirement is for a contract to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and services necessary to perform shredding and destruction of Confidential paper/data including electronic storage media such as floppy diskettes, compact discs (CD/DVDs and audio tapes/cassettes) for Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee. The Contractor shall be a full-service shredding and recycling contractor who can demonstrate expertise and qualifications in confidential paper/data destruction management. The contractor shall provide shredding service on site. The shredding of paper will be accomplished behind a locked security area. All shredded material will be contained and recycled, the company and drivers shall be bonded and insured, and a Certificate of Destruction shall be issued to the VA Medical Center at the time of shredding. (A sample will be provided.) The collection points for Confidential Paper are VA Nonconnah Clinic s, 1689 Nonconnah Blvd, Memphis TN., suites 100, 120, 140 and 160. HBPC, 1980 Nonconnah Blvd., suite 100. VA North Clinic, 3461 Austin Peay Hwy. Memphis, TN., VA Memphis Union Avenue Annex, 1407 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN, Jackson CBOC, 180 Old Hickory Blvd, Jackson, TN and VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN. Estimated workload per month is, 1,500 to 2,000 pounds. These estimates are subject to change. Offers will be considered only from contractors who are regularly established in the business called for and who in the judgment of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible. Upon request of the Government, Offeror s shall be able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service in the volume called for under this contract. Anticipated period of performance: 04 April 2024 through 30 September 2028 plus four (4) one-year options.
