A multiple award firm fixed price contracts are anticipated as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.  Please see the attached combined/synopsis solicitation for full details.

Actual solicitation/award is restricted to manufacturers.  This Strategic Program will utilize a two tier system.

This Award sets discount pricing by manufacture (Tier 1) for product lines of office workplace furniture typically used in Administrative Facilities. The designated small business dealer will utilize the pricing discount when the respond to a base solicitation for a project. The manufacture will provide the items in the CLINs as well as quarterly sales reports.

Generally, these types of office furniture groups include interconnecting structural panels, as central integrating elements and may employ rail, beam, frame, structural upright, and core or freestanding based elements. Furniture systems components typically include panels, privacy screens, work surfaces, overhead storage, pedestals, filing, task management systems, task lighting, electrical and wire management. Floor to ceiling demountable/modular walls, that accommodate system furniture components, are required, as part of your product line or a team members furniture systems product line. Excluded are office task chairs falling within the USAF mandatory seating program.
