3rd Qtr. FY 2023 Bread Items

The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50223Q00000010 for the provision of Quarterly Bread Items.  The Government intends to make a single award for this provision.  The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 311812.  This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.  Bread Items are to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705.  Estimated delivery dates will be April 17, 2023 thru June 30, 2023.  The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only.  The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work.  The solicitation will be available on or about February 23, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/.  All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.   Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.  Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.  The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.  All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.  The website for registration is www.sam.gov.  The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about    March 16, 2023.  The solicitation is unrestricted.  Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.  All responsible small and large businesses may submit a quotation which will be considered for an award.
