Description

National Park Service (NPS) seeks to lease the following space:

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced, single recurring payment, lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. 

The U.S. Government (Voyagers National Park) is seeking to lease a commercial space to be used as a visitor’s contact center.

The facility must be in a publicly accessible area with public parking available on-site or nearby.  The facility must be accessible 7 days per week.

Facility must inclue parking and appropriate hook ups for two (2) RVs
