6640--Singulator 100 System

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Research and Development, intends to contract on a sole source basis with S2 Genomics, Inc. to provide the Singulator 100 System to Department of Veterans Affairs, Bronx VA Medical Center, at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, New York. This system can process tissues into single cell suspensions with high speed while ensuring minimal variability. This system will be used for genomics, cell biology and other applications, including scRNA-Seq, snRNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, CITE-seq, FACS, and immuno-oncology. The Singulator 100 is a fully automated dissociation system that is unique in that it is able to isolate cells from tissue using cold protease protocols. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Thursday August 11, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
