*This is a request for proposal* The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) (One-year Base, plus 4 one-year options) contract for Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL), an echelon four command of the Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) provides flight test engineering, programmatic, and administrative support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and is the cognizant authority for Test and Evaluation with participation in all phases of the air weapon systems life cycle management for manned and unmanned fixed wing, rotary wing, aerial and lighter-than-air vehicles. NTWL executes Test and Evaluation management of operations and equipment through delegated authority to the subordinate Air Test and Evaluation Squadrons.
