Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Carswell, Fort Worth, Tx intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Delivery is required by July 29, 2022
All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the On Line Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after June 9, 2022, with a due date of June 24, 2022, and no later than 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time.
The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's beta.SAM.gov through web site http://www.beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions.
