Description

SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for INR/PST services for VHA VISN10 Medical Centers and CBOCs. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract with one (1) 12-month base and four (4) Option Years possible. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition with no restrictions. All Questions shall be in writing via email to Teri.Miller@VA.gov and be received no later than 1:30 PM EST on 10/14/2024. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Responses to the RFQ shall be in writing via email to Teri.Miller@VA.gov and be received no later than 1:30 PM EST on 10/17/2024. Any responses received after the deadline may not be considered. Basis for Award: Award will be based on an evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Evaluation Procedures of FAR 13.106-2(b)3 Comparative Evaluation. The Government will evaluate price, Technical, past performance. The Government may determine that a quote is unacceptable if the quoted prices are significantly unbalanced or not all required information is provided. Questions/Clarifications: In order to maintain integrity, all quoters are advised that any questions/clarifications shall be submitted in written form via email to the Contracting Officer designated in the solicitation and shall be received no later than October 14, 2024. Questions after that date may not be accepted.
