Description

***The purpose of Amendment 1 of the RFQ is to answer questions received in response to the soliciation via Attachment 7, Q&A.

***Quote submissions must be sent in electronically to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer on or before the
closing date of as identified on the SF-1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items, Block 8.

DoDEA requires a Digital Music Learning Tool (DMLT) as an instructional resource to increase student learning and achievement. The DMLT will be used for the following secondary level music courses: alternative ensemble, band, chorus, computer music, guitar, music appreciation, music theory, piano, and strings. The DMLT will include the following five features: music performance assessment tool, music library database, music notation software, video lesson database, and digital audio workstation. For the DMLT platform, DoDEA requires the following tools:
1) Music Performance Assessment Tool
2) Music Library Database
3) Music Notation Software
4) Video Lesson Database
5) Digital Audio Workstation
6) Music Appreciation Resources
7) AP® Music Theory Resources.
