Description
The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to upgrade the existing Audio/Video conference room equipment for the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center located in Woods Hole, Massachusetts to be completed 3 months after award.
RFQ 140G0124Q0233 will be issued on 07/17/24 with written quotes due on 07/30/24.
A site visit is scheduled for 07/23/2024 at 1:00PM Eastern Time. See clause document for additional site visit details. Firms interested in attending the tour should email the Contracting Officer at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour.
The NAICS code is 238210. The size standard is $19Million.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/06/24. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7.
All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses may be emailed to jmdunning@usgs.gov.
