Description
The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Utah Yamas Controls for a security system update under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Yamas is the approved vendor for accreditation of the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) located at the UTANG.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proosals or a solication of offers. No soliciation documentation is available. A determination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
