The description of work includes the construction of a 6,600 SF single story Weapons Research Experimentation Control Center (WRECC) at Eglin AFB, FL. The WRECC is a multipurpose facility containing an advanced Command and Control (C2) room, office workspace, conference room, data workstation and a secured vault and contains administrative workstations, control rooms, collaboration space, and necessary support functions for Range C-64 A/B/C and all Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Division (AFRL/RW) arenas at Range C-64 A/B/C, C-64, and C-2. Work under this contract will include clearing, grubbing, and fill, controlled access road, gravel parking, side-walks, other site improvements to go with the multipurpose facility constructed with concrete foundation, thickened floor slabs; steel frame structural system; concrete masonry unit and metal stud walls with brick and stucco veneer; sloped metal roof; electrical; communications; fire detection and suppression; plumbing; compressed air systems and Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning as required.Note: In accordance with Section 00 11 00, paragraph 3.1 of the solicitation, submission of electronic proposal packages shall only be via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website (https://piee.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml OR- https://wawf.eb.mil -OR- https://piee.eb.mil).
