This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Erica Miller at erica.b.miller@usace.army.mil.

Estimated cost range in between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Job Description: The work includes maintenance dredging of the San Rafael Creek to -6-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and San Rafael ATF to -8-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to the Government furnished site SF-10 and SF-DODS. This requirement is a small business set-aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price contract

The solicitation will be available on/about May 20, 2022 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.

ALL BIDS will be due on June 23, 2022 at 1:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 1:30 PM PDT. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on Sam.Gov once the IFB is issued.
