Description
PHOTOS ARE NOW UPLOADED TO THIS SOLICITATION. NO AMENDMENT 3 ISSUED. PHOTOS ARE TITLES "Container 1, Container 2, so on so forth".
The purpose of Amendment 002 is to notify offerors:
1) SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD TOMORROW, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2024 AT 1:00 PM PACIFIC TIME; THE ADDRESS IS
Job Corps Timberlake, 59868 E, Estacada, OR 97023
2) Update Furniture List - see Attached Excel Spreadsheet titled "Furniture Inventory".
3) Extend the date quotes are due to Friday, October 4, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
4) Post updated Questions and Answers. One additional question has been asked an it is at the very top under 1.
5) Update instructions to add that offerors must provide their calculation for weight/volume based on the updated Furniture Inventory excel spreadsheet.
At this time, we do not have photos to upload due to lack of staff at the site. We hope to have photos posted by Wednesday, of next week before quotes are due.

The purpose of Amendment 001 is to accomplish the following:
1) Post Questions and Answers- See attached word document
2) Extend Response Due date to Monday, September 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
3) See Amended Solicitation attachment.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 484210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34.0M.
(v) One (1) Clin for total job of moving and transporting office furniture. Offerors can propose alternate CLINS. See attached Solicitation, SOW and Office Furniture List and Specifications- includes volume and weight.
(vi) Movement and relocation of furniture cubicles and other related furniture components from storage containers at Job Corps Timberlake Site, Estacada, OR from this location to R5 Regional Office US Forest Service in Vallejo, CA. No disassembly or reassembly required.
(vii) Disassembled cubicles must be removed from the storage unit before the end of October 2024 due to weather and potential for damage. Estimated Period of Performance is 10/1/2024-10/31/2024. If additional time is required for transport and delivery to Vallejo, CA, contract can be extended for additional time.
(viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(ix) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this solicitation and the evalulation factors are: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price.
(x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.
(xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(xiii) A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
(xv) Quotes are due by 5:00 p.m. PT, Monday, September 30, 2024.
