Description

Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to update and repair the water tower at the VA Black Hills Healthcare System campus located at 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, South Dakota 57741.   Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, necessary demolition, and certain other items necessary for the completion of this project.  All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes.   Solicitation Number 36C26324R0095 for this effort will be posted to SAM.gov Contract Opportunities for Federal Users (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities/federal) on or about April 30, 2024.  This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings, instructions to offerors and other information necessary to bid the project.   An Organized Site Visit will not be scheduled.   Questions are scheduled to be due 10 May 2024 (See solicitation for the question due date/time).   Proposals are scheduled to be due 22 May 2024 (See solicitation for specific time/date).   The Period of Performance (PoP) is expected to be 90 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).   THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461.   Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects:  The estimated cost of the total project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
