Description
If you wish to attend the site visit registration and background check are required. Registration should be sent via email to amber.sampson@usda.gov with the title “12805B24R0029 Second Site Visit Registration,” include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. The background check must follow the procedures identified in “Attachment 4 - 12805B24R0029 Site Visit Information” and “Attachment 5 - Fillable Site Visit Visitor Application.” Contractors must be registered and complete background check to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered, or they have not completed the background check, they will not be permitted on the site visit.
The site visit registration and background check deadline is June 24th, 2024 at 10:00 am CT, any registration or background check request received after June 24, 2024 at 10:00 am CT will not be accepted.
