This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation HC101923R0006 is a request for proposal (RFP) for the Cisco Advanced Critical Services for Unified Communications Collaboration, Cisco SKU #AS-UC-SMX. These Advanced Critical Services will support Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY) agility and innovation to meet cyber security and operation requirements, as well as the implementation of emerging technologies and innovation. The resultant contract period of performance is anticipated to consist of a base year plus four 1-year option periods. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Offers from other than Small Businesses will not be considered. 

Submit written offers in accordance with CLIN structure outlined in the attached RFP. Oral offers will not be accepted. All responsible Small Businesses will be considered. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. North American
Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541519 and Size Standard of $34M apply to this procurement.
