Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a
written solicitation will not be issued.


The RFQ number is N3904022PSE1988. This requirement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 (Effective 05/26/2022) and DFARS Change Notice 20220428 (Effective 04/28/2022). This requirement is for Cepeda Associates, Inc. (sole source) to perform repairs and tests on the CO2 Scrubbers and CO-H2 Burners installed on a U.S. Navy vessel, located at Naval Base Point Loma - San Diego, CA. The Period of Performance is 09/26/2022 through 01/23/2023.
