Description
CBP intends to limit the number of sources solicited pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B); only one source can provide the supplies or services at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized; FFP one-year task order to SAIC by supplying CBP with support services for Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative (ITI) systems which serve to automate the processes for screening travelers and vehicles entering and leaving the country via CBP Ports of Entry (POE) or transiting through United States Border Patrol (USBP) checkpoints.
The contractor shall provide technical, engineering, management, and sustainment services to design, implement, and deploy, mission critical LBI solutions to land Port of Entry (POE), and Border Patrol checkpoints throughout the United States supporting the following project/task requirements: Anzalduas Technology Demonstration Report Implementation; World Trade Bridge (WTB) Donation Acceptance Project (DAP); Border Patrol Operations and Sustainment; Port of Entry Cargo Lane Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Integration Support; Outbound Solutions; Signage Obsolescence.
