The purpose of the Open Season period is for existing contractors to provide new model year (NMY) pricing on awarded line items, as well as for existing contractors or new interested offerors to propose new models under the Program. All models must comply with the 2025 Federal Vehicle Standards, which will be available prior to Industry Day at this link: https://vehiclestd.fas.gsa.gov/.

To prepare for the first Open Season period, GSA is preparing to open AutoStandards on March 25, 2024 for the second time since initial contract awards. The anticipated closing date for the first round is April 29, 2024. A second AutoStandards period is anticipated to take place from July 1, 2024 to August 9, 2024. Please note that if you do not participate in the AutoStandards process, you may have nothing to bid on during the Open Season period!
