Description

BLM-CO - Royal Gorge Field Office Vault Toilet Service Blanket Purchase Agreement

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a soon to be published request for quotes for a vault toilet pumping Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the BLM recreational areas north of the Canon City. No bids, quotes or proposals are being accepted at this time, but you are encouraged to ask questions and check or update your SAM registration in anticipation of submitting a quote. See the Attachments for the Statement of Work and the Locations.

The BLM contemplates issuing a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a funded BPA Call each year for the expected service requirement. This will vary with usage and the addition of future toilets with recreation area improvements. Each call will be based upon the expected need and the firm-fixed price list for that year. Most toilets will be serviced once per year, some will be twice. There are no guarantees or minimums on a BPA. The Government reserves the right to not issue a call or to issue a call for only what is necessary.

Incumbent: There is no current incumbent contract or contractor. Previous service has been via various methods and arrangements.
