USN Training EcoServices Wash Cart

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a modification to N68335-21-C-0838, on a sole source basis, to ECO Services LLC, CT (Cage Code: 6C9S2) for classroom and on the job training for the GEN5 W/U (Wash Unit) in support of the United States Navy (USN) P-8A Poseidon Program. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer, ECO Services is the only entity qualified in training on the use and maintenance of the Ecopower Wash Carts. The wash units have proprietary technology to purify and atomize the water prior to injection where only EcoServices have access to the technical data needed to properly train on usage and maintenance of the system. EcoServices has established training curriculum specific to their Generation 5 Wash Units as well as best practices that have been acquired through significant operation time with multiple users. The EcoServices training addresses both the O-level and I-level training needs for operating and maintaining/repairing the equipment. 

Registration in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award.
