Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to iSoft Solutions LLC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps installation East Regional Contracting Office (308 Holcomb Blvd Camp Lejeune NC, 28547), hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to iSoft Solutions, LLC. (CAGE 4NV25), 5361 Cleveland Street Suite B Virginia Beach, VA 23462 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  This procurement is for an updgrade hardware and existing proprietary software programming of the Audio/Visual equipment loacted in Building 1043 aboard Camp Lejeune, NC 28546, which will enhance Range Safety and serve as the alternate Emergency Operations Center for Marine Corps Installations East.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government’s requirement with commercial items and are received within 2 calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
