The Synopsis
The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located Crownpoint, N.M. 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Equipment Purchase – Catalyst Line Card with a delivery date: ARO 30 days. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00135 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 29, 2024. Evaluation factors will be lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes will be due on or by August 02, 2024. The acquisition is a ISBEE set-aside.
