Description

This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation (36C24823Q0132) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 Streamlined procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To allow for any adjustments for the answers to questions the closing date has been extended from November 17, 2022, 12:00 pm EST to November 18, 2022, 3 pm EST. The Network Contracting Office 8, West Palm Beach Veteran Affairs Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, has issued a Combined Synopsis for VISN 8 Radiopharmaceuticals. Type of contract will be a fixed price estimated quantities indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted, NAICS code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, size standard is 750 Employees.
