U.S. GOVERNMENT

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  California

City:  Los Angeles

Delineated Area:

North: Manchester Avenue

South: Imperial Highway – Interstate 105

East: La Cienega Boulevard

West: Highway 1

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  55,324

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  58,090

Space Type:  Office

Additional Requirements:

  • Building must allow dogs in kennels
  • The Government prefers that offered space not be on ground floor or top floor.  However, upon the Government’s approval, 2,565 ABOA may be located on the ground floor.
  • Space must be available to walk dogs.
  • Provide for 24/7 shuttle service from building to and from airport.
  • 25 additional parking spaces that can accommodate pick-up trucks on-site or adjacent to the property subject to the approval of the LCO.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
