BLRI - FUMIGATING THE JOHNSON FARM

The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for contractor to provide services to include securing the building, approximately 1188 square ft, tenting the main structure posting signage and fumigating the building for powder post beetles. Work will also include application of the fogging agent and treating for the beetle infestation. Post treatment will include removing the signage the materials used to tent the stricture and aeration of the building after the fumigation.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.

This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
