The event will include responding to industry feedback received in areas including, but not limited to Forecasts, Communication with Industry, Solicitations (SIRs), and Debriefings/Protests.  It will also feature an overview of the FAA’s procurement forecast including highlighting a few FAA Program Office areas.  The event will be held in person at the William J Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC) located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.  It is the FAA’s intention to make a recording of the presentations available after the event.  The FAA will not be held responsible for any unforeseen technical issues that may prevent the posting of such recording.

Registration closes COB January 29, 2025, or once full capacity has been reachedRegistered attendees/visitors will be limited to no more than two (2) employees per business.   Individuals who arrive without registering will NOT be permitted to access the facility.  Even if a vendor already has an FAA-Approved Technical Center access badge, he/she must still register for this event, per the instructions below. The Eventbrite.com link below is providing the only acceptable means to register for this event.   Email and telephone requests for registration will not be accepted.

ACCESS TO FACILITY:

Upon arrival, event attendees must stop at Gate #18 to obtain a visitor badge from security, park their car, and load a bus for transportation to drop off to Parking Lot A.  Please be sure to bring a Government issued photo ID to be processed.  Due to parking space limitations at Gate #18, carpooling is highly encouraged.

All foreign national visitor requests must be submitted through the FAA’s automated International Visitors Program (IVP) system, including foreign dignitaries. Requests must be submitted in advance of the visit for security to process. Be advised that at times the Office of International Affairs (API) will experience a backlog of visit requests; therefore, we recommend forms are submitted as far in advance as possible to ensure an approval is received in time for the visit. If approval is not received in advance of the event, access will not be granted. Requests for Foreign National Visitors must be registered for the event and submit a request to Harry Lutz at harry.lutz@faa.gov and Christine Sager at christine.m.sager@faa.gov no later than January 16, 2025 to be considered.
