Description
Amendment 0001 of the SIR revises SA 18 Proposal Content in section L of the SIR to include additional instructions on Past Performance Submittals and incorporates a Question and Answer document. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions as a result of this amendment.
The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for HVAC Maintenance located at Seattle ATCT (SEA ATCT) in Seattle, Washington and Seattle TRACON (SEA TRACON) in Burien, Washington. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statements of Work included as attachments in Section J.
This acquisition is a combined set aside for certified 8(a) and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 238220.
A site visit is scheduled for:
Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 9:00 am local time, starting at the Seattle TRACON, 825 South 160th Street, Burien, WA 98148 and will continue to Seattle ATCT, 2440 South 166th Street, Seattle, WA 98158
Please email the Contracting Specialist at Anna.F.Glover@faa.gov with the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing, no later than Friday, July 14, 2023 by 12:00 noon Eastern Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees.
The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the SIR instructions. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
Please document all your questions while at the site visit. Submit questions or comments applicable to this SIR in written form via email to Anna F. Glover, Contract Specialist, at anna.f.glover@faa.gov no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday, July 21, 2023.
Please review all pages of the attached Solicitation before submission of proposals. Instructions for proposals are included in Section K of the SIR and Evaluation Factors for Award are located in Section M of the SIR.
In accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov by the established due date for receipt of offers.
DURING SOLICITATION, ALL COMMUNICATIONS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED VIA EMAIL (anna.f.glover@faa.gov). NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Submissions must be received no later than 5:00pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. It is the Offerors full responsibility to ensure that proposals are received as specified above. Proposals submitted after the due date and time will not be accepted.
