Description
The USGS New York Water Science Center is requesting bids (cost per sample) for laboratory analysis of LCMS_PPCP_POS, SVOC List, Phase II & V PCB/Toxaphene/Chlordane, PPCP POS, PPCP NEG, Hormones, and Phenolic Endocrines.
It is anticipated that a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various analyses under this contract. The maximum number of samples for each method is not expected to exceed 252 over one year.
The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $19.0 million.
Competitive RFQ 140G0123Q0172 will be issued on or about 05/10/2023 with quotes due on 06/05/2023.
Amendment 0002 has been issued on 06/13/2023. Amendment 0002 extends the closing date from 06/05/2023 to 06/20/2023 at 1200 MD.
Attachment 4 Pricing Schedule has been revised along with Attachment 5 Performance Work Statement Section III number 5 list of analytes has been updated and Attachment 6 Questions and Answers have been provided under amendment 0002.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 06/07/2023. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to receive an award.
All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. These shall be submitted to Dayna Parkin at dparkin@usgs.gov.
