Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Vienna, Austria will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available.

The United States Tri-Mission in Vienna is soliciting janitorial services for its office locations to include approximately 18,000 square meters of office space, hallways, staircases, wet rooms, kitchenettes, warehouse space as well as cleaning of roughly 7,000 square meters of carpets and 5,000 square meters of windows. Office premises are located at several locations in Vienna. The Statement of Work includes various quality levels, depending on the office needs.

The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year, with two (2) one-year unilateral renewal option on behalf of the U.S. Government, if exercised by the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The U.S. Tri-Mission intends to contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor with a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. The U.S. Tri-Mission may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
