Description

QUOTES MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:

3 ea - BRAND NAME ONLY: Planmeca Promax S2 2D Single Sensor Panographs with Sensor 

Must operate Apteryx or Romexis 2D Dental Software

2 ea - Must remove (not dipose of) existing panographs from two locations - Bismarck and Devils Lake, ND 

3 ea - Must install / Set-up / Calibrate new panographs in three locations and ensure each works appropriately - Bismarck, Fargo, and Devils Lake, ND

Must provide a one year parts and service warranty on three machines and all installed software needed to operate the panograph.
