Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, SAP, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Scope of Work: Install Government provided Engines and steering on Federal Law Enforcement Center (FLETC) Safeboats as outlined in the attached Solicitation's Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Set-Aside Requirement
1) This solicitation is a local set aside. Vendor's within 100 miles of Brunswick, GA.
2) This solicitation is a total set aside for small business.
This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov, IAW FAR 4.1102(a).
Period of Performance: Actual dates will be determined at time of award. Government expects all tasked to be completed within 30 days from start of performance.
Evaluation for Award - (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA))
The Government will award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Acceptance of an award certifies that the contractor will comply with FAR 52.222-50 Combating Trafficking in Persons by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels.
