Description
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has a requirement to install and provide plumbing services as needed to seven (7) new eyewash stations for the Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC), located in Bloomfield, New Mexico.
The anticipated period of performance is yet to be determined, not to exceed 12 months.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size of $16.5M.
The Request for Quotation IHS1462147 will be issued on or by November 23, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government’s need outlined in the Statement of Work/Commercial Specifications, past performance, and price.
Quotes will be due on or December 14, 2022. The Acquisition is set aside for Small Business.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
SITE VISIT:
The requesting department intends to have a pre-proposal site visit conducted at DZHC on December 7, 2022 at 10 am (MST) for the purpose of viewing the location details, assessing and determining the needs for the eyewash station installation. Potential Offerors must submit the names of no more than two (2) attendees no later than December 2, 2022 at 3 pm (MST) to the following points of contact:
